RETURN POLICY
All return requests must be approved by LeiParts LLC before any item is returned.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any product. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• ALL SALES OF GENUINE OEM PARTS ARE FINAL.
• Original Genuine OEM parts (including Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Volvo, Hitachi, Cummins, and other manufacturer genuine parts)
• Special-order items
• Non-stock items
• Electrical and electronic components
• Software-programmed or custom-built products
• Used parts sold "as is"
APPROVED RETURNS
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned items must:
• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in original manufacturer packaging
• Be in resalable condition
• Returns subject to supplier approval and our Return Policy
• Include the original invoice number
Shipping, handling, customs duties, taxes, and freight charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Any claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery and supported by photographs and relevant documentation.
If an item was supplied incorrectly by LeiParts LLC, the return may be approved without a restocking fee upon verification.
